The hotel with impeccably clean and reasonably spacious rooms, in a fairly nice area, in the middle of the city. Good staff throughout. Plenty of goodies for breakfast. Very enjoyable experience there.

All the staff were excellent. Its location near Norwich Riverside Walk was excellent. It also was near the station. We truly enjoyed the Chinese cuisine in the restaurant.
